Policies:
Maine State Lodging and Meals tax (7%) is not included in above rates.

Double Occupancy:

Inntel and Deluxe Motel Room Rates based upon two people per room.

Single Occupancy rates ($7 - 10 less) are available most midweek non-holiday dates.

Extra Person Rates:
3rd and or 4th Persons in Room. Spring, Summer & Late Fall: $10/night per adult for each additional adult ($5 - 10 for children age 12 & under). Winter, Peak Fall & Dec: $15/night per adult for each additional adult ($10 for children age 12 & under).

2-Bedroom Suite Rate is based upon 4 persons in the unit (sleeps a maximum of 6 persons - see extra persons rates above).

We have 2-night minimum stay requirements most weekends in winter.

Check In Time: 3:00 PM.
Check Out Time: 10:30 AM.

Special contractor, government and group rates available. Please call for details.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. A deposit equal to one night or 50% of total visit, which ever is greater, will secure your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy for in Season: In the event, you need to cancel; your full deposit - minus a $25.00 processing fee - will be refunded with 14-day prior notice. Less than 14 days your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the room (if re-booked still have $25 processing fee). Early departure will result in a charge for the full stay.

Pet Policies: Pets may not be left in room unattended, this includes crated dogs. Pets must be under owner control at all times. $10 per night per pet fee.
